Every class is full of useful vocabulary and cultural insight. Sherri is always well prepared and makes you feel comfortable practicing new things. I used to be so scared to speak Chinese because I was embarrassed to make mistakes, but over time she’s really helped me overcome those fears, reorient my learning mindset, and gain confidence as a student. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

Very well structured lesson, teacher helped kids to describe their daily activities in Chinese, then taught them some new words and practiced conversations using those new words. The class ended with some fun games using Chinese. Kids learned and had fun at the same time!

Sherri is a great teacher! She took my Chinese to the next level by keeping me engaged, explaining the grammar and vocabulary, giving me ample opportunities to speak. She also knows how to make learning fun by putting together funny dialogues and improvizing. I always feel motivated and energized after class. Thank you!
