About Me

I am a British (naturalised) citizen and have been living in the UK since childhood. I have been to school and university here. I was born in Iran but I consider myself from Colchester in Essex, UK. I spend my days studying economics, history and philosophy. I studied biology at university and continue to be interested in the subject until now. All in all, you can call me a renaissance man as everything interests me.Me as a Teacher
I have been teaching from a very young age and outside paid teaching, I'm always translating things into Persian and vice versa for my family. I enjoy teaching and it has become second nature for me. I like it when you ask me a lot of questions as it shows you are engaging with the lesson and I will go to great lengths to explain something to you. My lessons & teaching style
As I mentioned before I enjoy being asked questions as it shows you are engaged with the lesson. Initially, in our starting lessons, we will just talk casually just to get to know one another. As our lessons progress, I will possibly use presentations and videos to help you learn better . I can also send texts from famous literature for both of us to read together and for me to pick up on any errors in your reading ability. At the end of the day, I will change my style to suit whatever style you need!
