I am a very patient, enthusiastic, and friendly person. All my life I have been blessed with very patient teachers. As a result, I have been able to reach my full potential. Therefore, I am also very patient with my students so that they do not feel pressured or nervous. It is essential to create an environment in which students can enjoy the marvelous learning process. The best way to improve your speaking skills is to talk about the topics that interest you the most. That way, Spanish will be pleasant for you and not tedious at all. One of my main goals is that you learn how to think in Spanish automatically. We can also explore grammar, if you like, as well as words that will help enrich your vocabulary.
PS: Even though I would love to, I don't have the experience or the right material to teach children. However, here on Italki, there are several teachers who have the knowledge, the experience and the right material for children. My lessons are intended for adults, instead. I just had my first lesson with Angel and can highly recommend him as a teacher! He’s very friendly, well-organized, and really helpful during conversation practice — he writes down new words and always takes the time to explain anything that’s unclear. I feel like I could make real progress with him. Looking forward to the next lessons!

Angel is a great teacher that gives one plenty of opportunities to practice during the lesson. He always allows me some time to think as well and try to record words I forgot. I especially like that I can also learn so much about Peru and the latin american culture everytime!
