CELTA Certified with over 9 years teaching with (IELTS, TOEFL) experience. I’m a native English speaker, CELTA qualified from the UK. I have 9 years teaching experience both online and in schools. I love travelling and I have lived in Holland, Hungary, Siberia and in Kyrgyzstan. I specialise in exam preparation especially IELTS . I now live in England, teach ESOL and literacy. I have taught students from 6 years old to 50+ years old, from beginners to advanced. I love learning languages; I can speak 4 languages and I have a BA Honours degree in French and Spanish. I also know how hard it can be to learn languages and specially to practice your speaking I'm an enthusiastic, patient and committed teacher. I'm good at making you feel comfortable and reducing your anxiety . We will work on your speaking, grammar, listening, reading and writing skills as a native we can work on pronunciation, intonation, slang and colloquial English and study the culture in England. I can help you prepare for exams such as IELTS, TOEFL etc. I have experience teaching business and medical English and beginners too. My lessons are based on the needs and goals of the student. We can either create a personalised learning plan designed to reach your language goals or we can work through a textbook together (I can recommend several if required). I use a variety of different teaching techniques and adapt to your learning preferences. Some examples are roleplay, games, phonics, stories, apps, videos. We can decide together what is most helpful for you.
