I work full-time at an Ivy League university in the U.S., and I posses a PhD in Educational Leadership, a master's degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), a bachelor's degree in French, and a bachelor's degree in advertising. In addition to my current management role, I have taught academic English to international students at the university level for 15 years. Prior to becoming an educator, I worked in the business world, and I have extensive experience working with global business professionals on their advanced language skills and presentation skills. I have also traveled to 55 countries and have taught and trained teachers in Japan, Korea, China, and Malaysia.

Me as a Teacher

As an instructor, I make a point of always challenging my students while being a patient individual and a good listener. It is important for students to feel comfortable and have realistic and obtainable goals, and I will do my best to keep you on track with your language learning objectives. Each lesson will be personalized and tailored to the specific needs of the student.

My teaching is designed to help you develop communication skills for your personal, professional, and academic goals. I will constantly challenge you, but I also want each class to be engaging, enjoyable, and educational. We are all lifelong learners, and we should grow and develop together.
