Aylin is extremely patient and readily able to answer complex or subtle grammatical questions in a satisfying way. Furthermore, she is friendly, understanding, and fun to talk to. As a Turkish teacher, she’s a native speaker, but clearly also has a thorough knowledge of the intricacies of the language and how to teach it. At least at my level, she teaches out of the New Istanbul textbook, which has never felt inaccessible, while maintaining enough of a pace through units to keep the material fresh. I feel very fortunate that Aylin’s class was the first I tried- I didn’t have to search long to find such a good fit.

AyLin is truly extraordinary. Her experience and professionalism immediately made an impact on my progress. I have worked with many teachers across four languages and AyLin is among the best.

Excellent teacher!!

Aylin is a great teacher! I've been studying Turkish language for over a year and had 5 teachers already. Aylin is by far the best! She explains well, gives good examples, encourages learning, makes learning fun and is flexible to suit my busy and ever changing schedule. She also has good materials and resources to ensure your learning. I am sure that Aylin will help you on your Turkish learning experience! She is a real teacher!

I have taken over 200 lessons with Aylin. I have had some setbacks, convinced I could never learn Turkish. She has been encouraging and patient, repeating subjects that I struggled with and incorporating reading at a level I could handle. I would recommend her to anyone considering learning Turkish.

Excellent teacher in all respects. Well prepared, great communication skills, very personable. Great class overall. Highly recommended.
