Certified TEFL teacher with over 5 years of teaching experience Hi! I’m Gabby, a certified TEFL English teacher from Malta with over five years’ experience. I specialize in conversational English and have helped thousands of students worldwide improve their speaking and listening. With a background in environmental management and international non-profits, I love connecting cultures and creating engaging lessons. I tailor lessons to your interests and goals, start with a trial to assess needs, focus on accuracy and fluency, assign homework, and provide a friendly, supportive space to learn. Let’s make English fun and meaningful together! As a teacher, I believe it’s important for me to get to know you, your interests, and your reason for learning English. As a result, my lessons are always tailored for each student. For instance, I love traveling, cooking, gardening, and getting involved in environmental projects, among other things. I’m always keen to try new things; right now, I'm learning how to speak Hindi! I learn best when I am able to connect with the lesson. So, my aim is to help you do the same and not only retain what you learn but enjoy it too! The next step will be to book a trial lesson. We will spend this lesson getting to know each other and generally getting an idea of what my lessons are like. Why plan a lesson with a sports theme when you are really interested in music or movies? Based on the first lesson, I will plan lessons in accuracy and fluency according to your needs. We've had some classes together. Gabby is the best one I ever met on italki, who really prepares and customizes materials for you and listen what you need in English learning. This is not my first class. But I used to so dare not to post a comment due to my poor expression. I want to say Gabby is a treasure teach. I want to have more classes with her and meanwhile hope she has more rest to refresh. Have a good one.
