✅Certified polyglot ready to share his tips with you I help you speak Spanish with confidence so you can travel through Colombia and Latin America, connect with locals, and take part in everyday conversations. What we can work on: - Spanish for travel: ordering food, getting around, and handling everyday situations. - Conversation skills: expressing your ideas and keeping conversations going. - Colombian culture: understanding local expressions and the language people actually use. Why learn with me? I speak seven languages, so I understand what it feels like to start from scratch, struggle to find the right words, and finally connect with someone in their language. I hold a degree in Social Communication from Universidad Javeriana and a master’s in Journalism from Universidad de los Andes. My background shapes my lessons: we use stories, questions, and cultural topics to give you something meaningful to talk about. What to expect in our lessons: - Lessons tailored to your level, interests, and goals. - Guided conversation with practical feedback. - Texts, audio, video, and writing activities that bring Spanish to life. - Clear guidance on how to keep learning between lessons. Travel inspired my own language learning, and I bring that curiosity into my teaching. Whether you’re preparing for your first trip to Colombia or want deeper conversations with Spanish speakers, we’ll work on the language you need.

This was my first session with Enrique. He is an excellent teacher and a very engaging person. When I make mistakes he doesn’t say “No. Here is the correct way…” I think this is a common method of teaching, and it’s a bad way. Instead, when I made mistakes, he repeated back what I said and gently repeated it back in the right way. I have learned several languages with the help of ITalki, so I know the difference between great, good and bad teachers. And Enrique is great. I will sign up for many, many more lessons with him.

Enrique is an excellent teacher who has a natural grasp of how students learn. He’s helping me regain my confidence in all aspects of Spanish after years of not using it. I’m amazed at how quickly it’s coming back working with Enrique.
