Hello! 👋 I'm Mariia. I've been an English teacher for more than 7 years, I have an education in teaching people English, worked in several online and offline schools, got an international certificate (Advanced, C1, 2019) and worked with almost all kinds of people. I always learn something new and enhance my skills! 📌My interests are various. I love learning languages, painting and drawing, reading, playing ukulele and singing, dancing and doing sports. I am sure we will find a lot in common with you! 📌 I work on your pronunciation too, and I would love to break your speaking barrier with me! 📌 I don't teach children, however, people who are over 16 are welcome!

Me as a Teacher

I am a very friendly, patient, and kind teacher who will always help you with any difficulties! I always try to help and believe that everyone can learn English. I've helped a lot of students speak freely and without boundaries, so I can help you with that too! As for me, I'm constantly developing my skills and becoming better.

My lessons & teaching style

In my lessons, I use various materials and train all types of skills (reading, grammar, writing, listening, speaking), especially speaking. We read books, watch Tv-shows, discuss different topics (it depends on your interests, goals, and skills) with my students. I have my own methods of teaching, and I can assure you, that we are going to speak at least 30-40% of the lesson (even if you are an A1 student). I train pronunciation and intonation, clarify all unclear moments about grammar and break your language barriers with a cozy atmosphere and a nice talk! :)
