Tem sido um percurso muito enriquecedor e sinto que o meu progresso no português tem sido notável graças a ti. As nossas conversas: sempre naturais, descontraídas, divertidas, sempre temas novos e, ao mesmo tempo, desafiantes. Agradeço também a tua flexibilidade a nível de horário.

Karol is an excellent teacher - warm, friendly, and an excellent communicator! She selected some articles from the Portuguese popular media that were both interesting and entertaining, and we read them together. This was so helpful in learning popular phrases and idioms that you don't see in textbooks or learning guides.

Over the past year and a half, I took 50 lessons with Karol. I am more than overjoyed with my current speaking ability as when I first started, I was primarily speaking Spanish and now I can participate in more complex discussions (in Portuguese). Our lessons reflect my conversations with my Portuguese friends, so mainly talking about our hobbies, shows we’re binging, and our day-to-day lives. I’m extremely grateful to have Karol as my Portuguese teacher and I highly recommend her. She is non-judgmental, flexible, able to match the speaker’s ability, and makes the conversations engaging

I really enjoyed class this morning ! We talked about so many different topics today! Karol is always willing to share information and give insight on her experiences; also, she always goes above and beyond in providing information that really helps me to gain a better understanding of culture.
