Me as a Teacher

An effective teacher must be flexible, culturally sensitive, and committed to continuous learning. I have found that patience and humor are powerful tools for building trust and keeping students engaged. My teaching philosophy centers on partnership. When students take an active role and personalize their learning, progress accelerates and outcomes improve.
