About Me

Hello! My name is Alejandro, I live in Rome, Italy. I hold a PhD in history and work as translator and political analyst and I also have a rich experience of teaching Spanish and Italian. My hobbies are reading, swimming and walking on the beautiful streets of Rome, but most of all I love learning languages. As I have studied several of them, I discovered that each language has its unique beauty, so I believe that the main goal of the teacher is to show it to the students.
I love teaching, it is so interesting to communicate to people from different cultures. I am a very quiet person and from my experience I know that we learn better when we make mistakes and the teacher helps us correct them. So I will encourage you not to be afraid of making mistakes.
I apply various methods of teaching, but, in my opinion, the most effective is conversation, so in our classes we will speak a lot. However, everything will depend on your needs: if, for example, you want to concentrate on grammar, it will be my duty to find the easiest way to proceed.My teaching material
