Andrés Geraldo

I have taken over 300 classes here on italki and can say with certainty that Andrés is one of the best Spanish teachers that I have ever had. He makes corrections (both verbal and written) throughout the class.... something that is very important to me. He is also a very good conversationalist and an excellent listener. He has a great memory and follows through with what was discussed in previous classes. I look forward to taking many more classes with Andrés!

Andrés is a very patient and friendly teacher. He makes learning grammar rules easy by using interesting examples in fun and relaxed conversations.

I’ve regularly been taking classes with Andrés for ~6 months and can say 100% that he is a fantastic teacher. It is easy to see that he cares about his students is a joy to work with. As we’ve been working together we chat about ourselves, and I’m always delighted when he mentions things that I’ve shared weeks ago, which really shows how attentive he is during his lessons. He is not afraid to challenge you or push you to go further, so my ability to speak and understand Spanish has improved drastically in the time we’ve been working together. When I started out taking lessons with Andrés I always felt embarrassed about how I speak Spanish, but he has been so welcoming and encouraging to empower me to learn and practice outside of our lesson times.

Andrés is kind and patient. He makes our lessons like we are two friends hanging out while correcting my errors while building my confidence. He really great à observing and giving amazing tips to improve some bad habits you may have developed. I completely recommend him to everyone!!
