Certified TEFL/TESOL IELTS teacher specialising in teaching adults, teenagers and children. Hello! I’m David, a friendly and experienced British English tutor with a genuine passion for helping students achieve their language goals. I am a TEFL-certified teacher from England with over 17 years of teaching experience, supported by a strong academic background. I specialise in IELTS Speaking and Writing preparation, English conversation practice, pronunciation improvement, academic English, and children’s English learning. I have helped students from around the world build confidence, improve their communication skills, and achieve their personal and academic goals. My teaching style is warm, supportive, and student-centred. I believe every learner is unique, so I carefully assess each student’s needs and create personalised lessons based on their level, goals, and learning style. Whether you are preparing for the IELTS exam, improving your speaking fluency, developing your writing skills, or building confidence in everyday English, I can adapt my lessons to support you. I use a nurturing and encouraging approach, creating a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves, asking questions, and overcoming challenges. I believe that successful learning comes from confidence, motivation, and a strong teacher-student connection. As a teacher, I focus on being approachable, understanding, and genuinely invested in each student’s progress. I encourage my students to believe in their abilities, develop independence, and enjoy the learning process.
