About Me

Hello. I'm K.D. (or Katie)! I am a full-time student who loves to learn about different cultures. I grew up interacting with many newcomers to the United States. While I was in high school, I made teaching English a side hobby of mine. Over time, I became more passionate about tutoring because it was fun and helpful to the people I've tutored. I hope I can do the same here :) My hobbies include singing, dancing, binge-watching, content creating, and hanging out with my friends.

Me as a Teacher

Throughout my lessons, I exercise patience and support. I will challenge you to strengthen your weaknesses, and I will encourage you to look forward to further achievements. I want my students to be very comfortable with making mistakes. What's important is that you can learn from your mistakes and gradually sound more like a native.

My lessons & teaching style

I take into consideration that each student learns differently. My lessons are set based on personal needs and goals. I prefer to give minor feedback and tips at the end of each lesson because I want you freely express yourself when speaking.
