Hello everyone! I’m Estefania from Peru, a Spanish teacher with three years of experience helping students improve their language skills. In my free time, I enjoy trying food from other cultures, singing (my greatest passion!), participating in choirs, and spending time with friends. I’m also fascinated by Asian culture, especially Japanese animation, so I enjoy watching anime and Asian series. Additionally, I like documentaries, shows like Modern Family, and horror movies.Me as a Teacher
I have been teaching Spanish for three years, although my teaching experience began even before joining Italki. I had the opportunity to teach voluntarily in community programs, providing English lessons to children and adults. I hold a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certificate and have received specialized training in teaching Spanish as a foreign language for levels A1-C2 at the Tía Tula teacher training school, accredited by the Instituto Cervantes.My lessons & teaching style
My classes are personalized and tailored to the needs of each student. I offer three types of classes: structured ones for beginners and intermediate levels, and classes focused on conversation and communicative grammar. From day one, you will have an active role in your learning. Even if you have an elementary level, you will interact constantly and practically. My main focus is to develop your oral expression and interaction, allowing you to connect with other cultures and better understand their way of thinking and communicating. As your Spanish teacher and tutor, my goal is to guide and motivate you to achieve your learning goals. Don't worry! We will work together to reach them.My teaching material

I have been collaborating with Estefania for over a year now. She is a friendly, calm, and supportive person who is eager to discuss various topics. She has recommended a podcast to me that I have fallen in love with. Not only is it helpful for improving my language skills, but it also gives me plenty of food for thought. I would also like to highlight that Estefania stays focused on what I am saying throughtout our lessons, which makes me feel truly cared for.
