Hi, I’m Pascale from South Africa! With a bachelor’s in English and Psychology, I specialize in helping adults improve fluency through storytelling and meaningful conversations. As a natural optimist, I try to create a lively, judgment-free zone where mistakes turn into growth. Oh, and my three mischievous cats might pop in as unofficial (but adorable) teaching assistants! Please note: I only teach students aged 16+ As a teacher, I think it is important to have a well-rounded education and focus on all aspects of teaching not only speaking and listening. I think of myself as a fair teacher and always try to look at the situation as a whole. I like to build relationships with my students as this builds respect and is a good foundation for learning. I like to make sure my classes are high-energy and fun because students learn better in an environment wherein they feel safe and happy. Learning a new language is difficult but time spent learning it in a fun way solidifies your understanding of the language.
