I had a nice session with Consuelo. She is very good at keeping the conversation going.

Consuelo has qualities that I certainly need ie patience!!! I have been learning Spanish for over 3 years (usually a half hour every day). I have taken lessons in Guatemala and Colombia, when I traveled there. I also use what I consider to be a good app (not duolingo). My reading ability is pretty good (IMO). My speaking is weaker and my listening even weaker. On trips to Spain, Colombia and Guatemala I've been amazed at how little I understand. Consuelo doesn't get annoyed at having to repeat things. This is what I need!

I highly recommend Consuelo for conversational practice. She kept the conversation going and helped me out when I got stuck and translated and explained everything clearly. I also learned about Columbia which was very interesting. She was very patient about my bad internet too! Thank you Consuelo.

She is a very encouraging and supportive tutor. Her teaching methods are effective but also engaging, creating a positive learning environment. She allows time for you to practice your Spanish speaking. She corrects you in an empathetic way. She creates lessons so you can improve on your weaknesses and strengthen what you already know.
