What can I say about Miguel that I haven't already said? Well, for starters, he's very personable and candid, which sets you at ease and piques your curiosity all at the same time. He also gives you excellent training materials that are not only perfect for your level of Spanish but are interesting, too. A session with Miguel is time well spent.

When I joined the class the first time and wrote to Miguel I got a reply after 5 mins that he is unable to join and asked to reschedule, which I agreed with. The next week on agreed day I wrote him that I cannot attend the class and whether we can do the same time next week but he didn't reply. Later I wrote him again and still couldn't get a reply. I think it's very unprofessional to ignore someone who paid for your work and agreed to reschedule the first time.
