May has been really great to work with. She's really good at explaining grammar concepts and how words are used in different situations. Her classes are a great mix of conversation and learning new words/concepts/phrases, and she's really helpful in tailoring topics to what you need to know or what you're interested in. As an adult learner, I really appreciate her explanations!

May is wonderfully engaging, energetic and caring. Our kids love their Cantonese lessons with her and look forward to them. Lessons are full of not only instruction, songs and games, but also fun and laughter as well, which is so helpful with retention. We are so grateful to have found May and can’t recommend her highly enough!

May has really helped me improve my Cantonese conversational skills and broaden my vocabulary and the kinds of topics I can talk about. She is very gracious in correcting me and is very encouraging. I enjoy my lessons with her immensely!

May was so engaging and kind. She made the class fun for my seven year old who is just starting to learn. She was effective in teaching him the lesson. This was only a trial class but I will definitely be buying more class with May.

May is always cheerful and patient. She never seems to rush you and is happy to answer questions. I feel very comfortable in my lesson and never feel embarrassed when making mistakes.

May is helping me prepare for a trip to China to manage to say some basics and survive :) But also giving me some confidence that my pronunciation is not as terrible as I thought :D
