I have a DELE certification as a Spanish teacher by El Instituto Cervantes. I have taught Spanish for five years and have extensive knowledge of grammar and spelling.
I love my language and I'm determined to help you to improve your Spanish in an interactive, interesting and fun way. I adapt the classes according to your needs. As I studied Sustainable Tourism, I'm very familiar with the most common and useful expressions for tourists and travelers, in addition, I speak intermediate English & Portuguese. My classes are not traditional. We don’t spend the lesson going through a textbook or completing repetitive exercises together. Instead, I provide study materials before class, so you can review them in advance and come prepared.
During our lessons, we focus on:
-improving your grammar and precision
-developing your speaking skills
-using Spanish in a natural and practical way
Each student follows a personalized learning plan, adapted to their goals, level, and learning style.

Dar is the most excellent teacher to prepare you for the DELE. The classes were a simulation of the speaking part of the DELE exam, in which I would present a discourse, followed by Dar's questions, then a negotiation about a prescribed topic - exactly as in the real exam. After this, Dar would correct every error I made, which was essential and crucial for me. I really appreciated this specific feedback. Dar knows the DELE inside and out; exactly what is required, how to approach it, examiners' look-fors and what would cost marks. The resources he has are limitless and directly useful. In addition, Dar is very friendly, welcoming and positive, and really puts you at ease. I advise anyone who is serious about passing the DELE to take classes with him.
