Ådne Jøssing

Ådne was so patient with me despite me not knowing any Norwegian! I entered my lesson not knowing anything and left feeling confident in my ability to introduce myself in Norwegian. I would 100% recommend him as a teacher! :)

Ådne is so friendly and great to chat too, and very helpful in correcting mistakes and how best to say something. It was a pleasure speaking to him and really helped me practise my Norwegian. 😄

Very welcoming and calm atmosphere. Ådne let me speak and assessed my spoken Norwegian level throughout the session, we discussed what my objectives are and after I asked, he explained his flexible approach to these classes. I was very pleased with his way of engaging in the conversation, he was giving me time to explain myself and did not interrupt. I found his use of the chat most useful: he would note down words that I couldn't come up with or corrections to sentences or words I pronounced incorrectly. This allowed to keep the flow of the conversation going as smoothly as possible while keeping track of mistakes or improvements that I could go back to at the end of the class.

Ådne was very helpful. He acknowledged my goals, was happy to go along with an discussion topic I brought up, and gave me helpful feedback at the end. Highly recommended.

Ådne is a very friendly tutor. During the sessions, we discuss about random topics and about some grammar topics I am interested in. He is also very good at writing in the chat the words/sentences I get wrong while speaking, which is very useful. I recommend his Conversational Fluency lessons.
