I’m a native English speaker living in Indiana, USA. I changed careers to teach English in 2021; now teaching is more than my job, it is my passion!
I have over 5 years of experience in the graphic design/marketing industry. I’m fluent in general business & graphics/marketing terminology, including Photoshop/Adobe CC.
I still love photography, creative writing, & art of all kinds, but teaching is my true calling!Me as a Teacher
I understand learning new skills can be scary, even as an adult. As an A2 level Japanese language learner, I get it! There are expectations from others & yourself to get everything right as fast as possible. My lessons will always be a safe place to make mistakes & feel comfortable learning at your own pace!
In our first lesson, I will assess your learning needs & we'll discuss how you learn best. We'll also go over your language learning goals and how to best achieve them together.My lessons & teaching style
