Hi. I'm Neil from England! I am an experienced teacher of English to students of other languages. I spent 5 years teaching English to Italians in Italy. I can speak a good level of Italian so I understand exactly what it feels like to learn a foreign language. I also spent 2 years in Spain as a conversation assistant and can speak and understand Spanish to a good level. I spent a year in China teaching English before the Pandemic. You can see that I love learning about languages and other cultures! My other main interest is playing the piano. I love to talk about movies, politics, science and anything else that you are interested in really. I've recently taken up painting too! I love learning and I love to inspire others to learn. I am always enthusiastic and friendly! My students always comment on how patient I am. My main job is to make you feel relaxed and ready to learn. The most important thing is that I want you to feel free to make mistakes. I don't want you to ever feel nervous about learning. I have a great deal of experience teaching both face to face and online. I know what it feels like to learn a foreign language . It can be challenging, but it should also be very rewarding!
