Thu Le

Thu is the best teacher i have had on Italki in any language. She is not only great at teaching but works well to adapt to your individual learning styleIf you like customized notes she types amazingly fast and makes updates before her lessons. She really works hard for her money and has a great personality. Its amazing how far she has taken me i really feel i can speak a language i once thought was impossible.

Thu was very friendly and cooperative and quickly adapted her speed and vocabulary to my level. I enjoyed our simple conversations and the cultural insights she provided and I found her enthusiasm very motivating.

Great lesson with Thu! We started with small talk. I mentioned that my brother got a puppy this weekend, so we talked about that. Next, we continued working on exercises using the passive voice construction. Thu made sure that I understood each sentence. Thu gives lots of positive feedback, like "very good", when I get things right!

Thu is an excellent language teacher! She is very dedicated and always makes sure to provide the best possible materials to help achieve my language goals. Thank you Thu!

I wasn't sure what to expect as Vietnamese was my native tongue, but I haven't used it in over two decades and was hesitant, shy, and a little embarrassed to relearn something I should have already known. Thu made my first class so enjoyable. I felt at ease immediately because she had my best interests in mind by understanding my current level, setting out goals, and explaining the structure of future classes. I can say a lot of nice things about her, but ultimately, I would recommend taking one class with her to see for yourself.

Great lesson with Thu! We started with small talk. We also reviewed the grammar and vocabulary from recent lessons. After that, we learned about the parts of the body and read two dialogs about "you look tired". It was a fun lesson and Thu asked me a lot of good questions!
