Hello! I am Andy and I am from Guatemala. I have a deep passion for language learning and language exchanging. I have had the opportunity to meet a lot of people from all around the world and make marvelous friends from a huge variety of places and backgrounds. I absolutely love to learn about the world's different cultures and traditions, which is why language exchanging and tutoring have been such a huge part of my life, thus, allowing me to gain a lot of experience in those matters.Me as a Teacher
As a community tutor, my goal is to help you throughout your Spanish learning path! Most of my tutoring experience comes from language exchanging, which has worked marvelously! I like to make my tutoring as personalized as possible, especially because it allows me to build a great bond with my students, which is always useful when it comes to the comfort and confidence needed throughout the language learning path. I am always very relaxed and patient; I always go at the students' pace since my goal is to be able to help them in the best way possible. I also always like to keep the tutoring sessions fresh, fun, and kind :)My lessons & teaching style
As explained in my introductory video, there are four different types of tutoring sessions that I can offer you:
1: Conversation Practice or "Refreshing": which will boost up your confidence when speaking Spanish
2: The "Pinterest Show & Tell" tutoring sessions, which will allow you to learn new Spanish vocabulary in the most fun and natural way
3: The "Studen Savior" tutoring session, for those times when your Spanish homework might seem a little bit too hard
And lastly,
4: The "Volvete Chapín" ("Become a Guatemalan") tutoring sessions, a whole Guatemalan culture insight!

What can I saw about Andy? Andy is an enthusiastic teacher who always holds my interest. Our classes are always engaging. And what I appreciate most about our classes is that Andy is not afraid to point out problems that I am having with the language... and is able to do it in a way that is kind, constructive and helpful.
