I’ve been teaching Farsi, English and Spanish since 2008. After teaching different students and trying various methods, I have come to believe everyone learns through their own unique way. Therefore, I would love to take the time to understand how my students learn and to use that knowledge to expedite their improvement. I am a very sociable person and my students have mostly found it easy to communicate with me which makes me a perfect teacher for discussion and conversation classes.

I discovered teaching when I was 23 years old and I've been doing it for more than ten years. I've taught in Asia, the Middle East, America, and Europe. I'm in love with the process of giving myself fully to the student and to the world. I've won many teaching awards including Teacher of the Year in an American high school and I've been featured in many training videos around the world. Students love how lively I am in the classroom. My passion is contagious and it creates an electric and dynamic atmosphere. I believe that we should train the mind to go further and learning a new language is a great way to do this. I know how to get results while making the learning experience memorable.

As I have been living in many countries, I have always worked as a private tutor to teach my foreign friends and contacts Chinese and at the same time, teaching my Chinese friends German or English. I am a very communicative, organised and open person, so I often encourage my students to keep practicing. Don't be afraid to make mistakes! I am a big child at heart and my approach to language learning and teaching is very similar... full of curiosity, colours, games, and a lot of passion, enthusiasm and patience! I am fluent in English, Arabic, Greek and Portuguese, and intermediate in Spanish and Italian, and beginners in French and German, which always helps bridge the gap when it comes to language learning and teaching! I taught children for two years in Cyprus (ages 3-10) and currently still teach Spanish speaking children English online through a school based in Peru. My main objective is always to make lessons fun and to create a friendly, comfortable space where mistakes are welcome.
