Italki Teacher since 2017 for Arabic, French and recently English ( very good pricing ! ) The way I see language learning is a bit philosophical but it also came from my personal experience after being both a student and a teacher for a while. I envision the process of language learning to be similar to the process of growing a tree; you need patience and take care of the plant on a regular basis to get a result that normally can not be pushed ahead of time...But you can always add-in some fertilizers (which are in my case a certain set of technics) to get improved results in terms of time and quality.

I was eager to learn efficiently, so I called a language school. They told me it ONLY takes a year to get to A1. I hung up & reached B2 by myself in 6 months!🚀 Then I scheduled some French classes with a few French tutors. Sadly, many lacked English skills. Others couldn't break down simple ideas like 'bonjour' = 'bon' (good) + 'jour' (day). Indeed, being a native speaker doesn't always equate to being a good tutor. La lingua parlata è la base dell'apprendimento, ed è sempre il punto centrale dell'insegnamento. Mi piace utilizzare mezzi d'insegnamento diversi. J'aime comprendre les motivations qui poussent la personne à apprendre une langue étrangère, je n'ai jamais donné deux fois exactement le même cours car j'adore m'adapter et j'accorde énormément d'importance à la langue parlée, J'aime mettre à jour mes cours et utiliser différents moyens d'enseignement.

I started to teach French when I was living in Chile, in 2012, during a semester abroad with my business school. I kept teaching French when I got back to Paris.
