As a teacher, I spent 4 for years at Applied Linguistics College and 4 years at Upper Normal School from the State University of Haiti learning languages. Today, I have 8 years of experience in teaching Haitian creole, French and English. I'm a passionate and adaptive teacher. É por isso que nas minhas aulas eu ensino não apenas gramática e vocabulário, mas também crio situações nas quais meus alunos podem usar as estruturas novas. I believe that learning a language is like learning how to swim. You can only learn it if you do it. There's no use learning lots of grammar rules if you can't practice them in a real conversation. That's why in my lessons I teach not only grammar and vocabulary, but I also create situations in which my students will be able to use the structures we see.
