A description of my typical day in my dream job

I get up at 9:00 and have breakfast. I'm on an island and I have to do an inventory of the wildlife.
I grab my things and I head out. I'm walking all morning watching many types of animals, birds, etc. I take photos and write some notes. Later I go to have a lunch. In the afternoon I go out again but take a boat to repeat the same observations on the sea. I watch the wildlife of the sea to make a study. I also take samples of the water and a lot of other things to be analyzed.

The Last Year of my Career

(Esto implica que vas a cambiar carerras...que no vas a seguir siendo una arquitecta. Es esto lo que quieres expresar? Te pregunto porque no es una frase muy común en inglés. Escucho más "my last year working in this profession - time for a change of careers!" o si estás a punto de terminar tus estudios y graduarte "my last year in college - time to graduate and find a job")

This is my last year of my career. I study architecture and I love it... but it hasn't been easy for me. I work too much and I have a stressful situation (o puedes decir "I'm in a stressful situation). I need to finish my grade exam and find work now.

How can I improve my English?

Well... this might sound quite repetitive but I am a guy from Spain looking to improve his English... Actually I've been living in the UK for some months now, and it gave me a big push toward this goal that I'm triying to achieve, but it is not enough... Nowadays in our society people are really competitive and if you are trying to get a job, there are going to be thounsends of people applying for it...

I do not want to check this text out, cause I am pretty sure I got a lot of wrong words and sentences. :P

You write very well and you should be proud of yourself! Moving to another country to dedicate yourself to learning a language is admirable...and not easy! Give it time! :) Saludos desde California! 

I would like to find people who can teach me English and I will teach them Spanish

Hello, I´m starting in this social network right now. I would like to find people who can teach me English. I can teach Spanish. I would like to chat with other people through Skype or something similar. I think that this will be fun and very useful.

Ok so this phrase is grammatically correct but you won't ever hear someone say it. English speakers would rather say something along the lines of: I'm new to this social network OR I;m using this social network for the first time OR I'm just starting to use this social network :) minor details haha

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR EARS

There's a home remedy that my grandmother told me and I want to share it with you:

If you have ear wax, there is an easy way to clean your ears. You need warm water and hydrogen peroxide, mixing the two liquids in equal amounts. Put your right ear close to your right shoulder, drop a few drops of liquid in your left ear. Wait 5 minutes and turn your head to the left and do the same with the other ear.

It is important to make sure that the water temperature is not too hot because it would to hurt the ears.

Do it once a month.

Today

Hello. I have been all the in my house I have been stuck inside all day. I am doing some homework that's due to next Wednesday. What I have to do is to write an outline for a persuasive essay. I am (I'm) going to write about the negative effects that fast food chain restaurants have on society. I think they are (they're) quite bad for society. I am (I'm) also watching some videos about dollarization because my partner and I have to do a persuasive speech. I have to confess that I am (I'm) having trouble preparing the opening or hook of the speech. So, if you have any suggestions, I will give you a candy. LOL I can't, but I would if I could.

Nota: me di cuenta que en tus entradas casi no usas las contracciones. Te recomiendo que las usen. Es mas comun y natural decir "I'm" en vez de "I am" o "They're" en vez de "they are". Todo el mundo las dicen y suena menos formal!
