1. We can adjust the task and jobdesk for the employee by looking to their skill and interest. Because when we love our job we can do that job better. And make sure we give the task/job evenly to every employee so they have the same workload. 2. Provide the good work environment so they can work properly and comfortably 3. provide training for employee. Not only training that related to their job but training that can boost themselves to be a beter person. And Training for increasing their soft skills. 4. We can make a study case and ask them to solve it with their own creativity and inovation and give them a reward to whoever can solve it. With the reward we can push them to be creative and innovating because i believe creativity and inovation can lead us to be productive people 5. We can make an event to strengthen the kinship between employees like dinner/lunch together, outbond event, etc. I believe these kind of event can release our stress and maintain our healthy relationship between colleagues.
