How do we can change the world?

I have to say that I am scared of living in this world. Every day we <strike>have</strike> <font color="#ff0000" style="background-color: inherit;">hear </font>a lot of stories about how the world is going to hell. War, pollution, poverty, religion, rituals, beliefs or customs <strike>with non-sense</strike>, <font color="#ff0000" style="background-color: inherit;">that make no sense, </font>but what are we doing to change this? I know, it´s a hard thing to do, none of us can change the entire world all by ourselves, but at least we must try in our country, state or town, one act of kindness can make a huge difference, share positivity, save and stop <strike>pollution</strike> <font color="#ff0000" style="background-color: inherit;">polluting </font>the water, plan<font color="#ff0000" style="background-color: inherit;">t</font> a garden, be a volunteer, help others, and don´t forget to smile!!!

I <strike>was</strike> <font color="#ff0000" style="background-color: inherit;">had been </font><font color="#ff0000" style="background-color: inherit;">away from home for </font>five months<strike> away from home</strike> and I wanted to see my family. I was going on holiday<font color="#ff0000" style="background-color: inherit;">/vacation</font> <strike>for</strike> <font color="#ff0000" style="background-color: inherit;">to </font>Santiago <strike>of</strike> <font color="#ff0000" style="background-color: inherit;">in </font>Cuba in 2014 when my dad had an accident. He was going <strike>to</strike> home after a week <strike>outside the</strike> <font color="#ff0000" style="background-color: inherit;">away from </font>home. He was driving when he fell asleep and he crashed <strike>against</strike> <font color="#ff0000" style="background-color: inherit;">into </font>a tree. He called me and He explained to me what happened. My hands were shaking and I was nervous and sad but I <font color="#ff0000" style="background-color: inherit;">quickly </font>called <strike>quickly to</strike> my uncle and he helped my dad. My father had surgery in the hospital. I was very scared but thanks to my uncle my dad was fine.
