When you are "able" to do something, it means that you have the skills to do it or the required tools to perform an action. In the case of "can", It often means that you are allowed to do something due to a permission. Both can be used interchangeably, but the first one is more formal.

An idea would be: I would like to thank you about your time and offering but I will not buy your product this time.

You use "Also" to agree about something that you have already said in the first sentence. An example would be: "She is very good writer. Tomas also has talent for that. Whenever you use "Too", you are saying that all the people talking agree about something or share the same idea. E.g: Katy is very good at Math. Harry is good at it "too". Another example would be: "I love italian food. I like Chinese food too" Marcos thinks that he should study cience. His mother thinks agree about it too. I hope this help you.

That's right. You should use a list of your "daily words" and  make small but meaninfull sentences. I did this to learn the english words I use. Let me know if you need help with your spanish. 

I think the best way is to put them in practice but within context that are familiar to you. If you use the word in sentences related to situations that are common to you it'll be easier to learn them.
