    The correct way to say this is: I have a sister who is smart. "Who is smart" is an adjective clause and does not need to be preceded by a comma. :)

    "TO CLEAN TEETH" sounds like YOU are the one who is cleaning teeth. :) "FOR TEETH CLEANING" is correct, but I would add "a teeth cleaning." I would say, "I went to the hospital (or dentist's) for a teeth cleaning yesterday."

    Yes, it's D: he shouldn't have gone to the cinema last night. "Shouldn't have gone" agrees with "last night" because "have gone" implies that the action has already been done. :) "Oughtn't to go" (something I rarely hear, btw) doesn't agree with "last night" because "to go" means that the action will be done.

    These expressions sound a bit weird to me. :) "Union of power" and "union of force" aren't things that I would typically hear. Something that might be said would be, "They have a powerful alliance."
