Você já experimentou o cuscuz ? O cuscuz é um prato tradicional de origem norte-africana feito à base de sêmola de cereais cozida no vapor. Surgiu há mais de dois mil anos na região do Magrebe, preparado por povos berberes.A receita original utiliza sêmola de trigo. Foi reconhecido como Patrimônio Imaterial da Humanidade pela UNESCO em 2020. Chegou ao Brasil durante a colonização portuguesa, transformando-se em diferentes pratos regionais. Eu preparo o cuscuz com queijo e como no café da manhã. #comida brasileira
