​"¡Hola italkeros! Esta es la foto de un plato que me encanta en Panamá: pescado frito con patacones. ​En Panamá, el plátano verde doblemente frito se llama patacón. Me dio curiosidad: ​¿Cómo se llama en tu país o región? (ej: tostones, fritos, tacacho...) ​¿Con qué acompañamiento te gusta más comer el pescado frito? ¿Arroz con coco, ensalada rusa, yuquitas fritas? ​¡Cuéntenme en los comentarios! ¡Me encanta descubrir nuevas formas de comer!"

Sin dudas, uno de mis lugares favoritos en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires en es Barrio Chino, ubicado en el barrio de Belgrano. Allí puedo disfrutar de una de mis bebidas predilectas: la boba de matcha calentita. Les muestro una imagen del local donde me gusta comprarla. ¿Ustedes toman esta bebida?

Today, Italy celebrates Father’s Day. In Sicily—especially in Palermo—it’s traditional to prepare a special and delicious pastry called *sfincia di San Giuseppe*. This treat is made with choux pastry dough, filled with ricotta and chocolate chips. The dessert has ancient origins, probably linked to Arab cuisine, with the name deriving from the Latin spongia (sponge) and the Arabic ʾisfanj, referring to the soft, honeycomb-like consistency of the dough. It was passed down by the nuns of the Stigmata monastery in Palermo, who enriched it with typical Sicilian ingredients such as ricotta, chocolate and candied fruit. Creo que debo ir a "palitos anónimos". No puede ser que cada vez que vaya al Barrio Chino de Buenos Aires me compre varias cajas de éstas y sólo me duren muy pocos días. =) ¿Alguien tiene alguna recomendación? XD
