Travel opens people minds to a new culture and a new language. We learn a new language so we can travel and also travel so that we can learn a new language.
Things you should know about the famous Maasai Mara in Kenya: Did you know that about 850-900 lions live within the Maasai Mara national reserve and the surrounding conservancies? Did you know that ‘Mara’ means ‘spotted’ in the Maasai language? Maasai Mara was named in honor of the Maasai people, the ancestral inhabitants of the area. Did you know that Maasai Mara is one of the few national reserves in Africa that is lucky to habit all the ‘Big 5 (African elephants, Lions, Cape buffalo, Rhinoceros and Leopards)’? Did you know that the Maasai jump proves the strength and maturity of the Maasai people? (The higher the jump is, the stronger the person is) Did you know that Maasai men practice POLYANDRY? Meaning that a woman marries both her husband and all his circumcision group. ( I bet you didn’t know that!) Here are some of the few pictures that I took while I was in the beautiful Mara!

Me gustaría visitar unos cafés y unas panaderías.

Hi everyone! I'd be glad if you correct my mistakes. Thank you so much in advance. Last Saturday we celebrated Chinese New Year in Chinatown of Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. It was a sunny, hot and crewded day, with the presence of some journalists. Of course, I went there mainly to try some new food. I completely fell in love with Baos, those delicious balls that in my case, were stuffed with pork meat and green onion. I also added soy souce and a spice sauce as well. They were expensive, I paid around 3 dollars for three of them, but they were worth it. People were also able to enjoy some dragons and street shows, such as female dancers and a great Argentine singer, who permormed and incredible Chinese version of the song "Ocean". And as always, I walked throught the streets and shops of the neighborhood and bought some souvenirs to remember this great day. Thank you so much to the Chinese Community to let us celebrate with you all theses beautiful things of your culture.
