I always go to bed at 2:00 in the morning. I sleep for 6 hours one day, I will get up at 8:00 in the morning. I want to go to bed early and sleep more. But I can`t. I always do some things delay. So I can't complete my task on time. So I must do the things in the night. The things I delay to do not only my work but every things durning my live. Do you have any ideas to help me?
