My last trip was in Italy because of the pandemic restrictions. I went to Ravenna , a beautiful city, on the the Adriatic coast , famous for the amazing ancient mosaics whose covering the ceilings of some churches. They are made up by millions of blue tiles and currently are part of the UNESCO Heritage.

After made up by you expect to see a noun because when you use it this way it has another meaning which is an imaginary thing or invented by mind like a made up story. That story was made up by George for example. Keep up the good work.
