The most challenge part of learning a new language for me is memorize the words . Sometimes when I'm speaking with someone I don't remember the words that I'd like to say for them ,this kinda makes me upset 😣 I'd like some suggestions for improve if it's possible specially in English.

Memorise refers to learn something. Remembering refers to something you already know but forgotten. BTW I have a same problem and so I try use synonym of that word or I just paraphrase the whole sentence. You can try the same. Maybe it can help you, too.

The most challenging part of learning a new language for me is memorizing and recalling the words. Sometimes when I'm speaking with someone I can't remember the words that I want to say to them. This kinda makes me upset 😠. I'd like some suggestions to improve if it is possible, especially in English.
