This impressive-looking grand building is located in the central of Hamburg, Germany. The Hamburg Rathaus, this building official name, is the seat of Hamburg local government which was built around the end of 19th century and is still functioning until now. The Rathaus has luckily survived two world wars, even though the most part of Hamburg suffered of major bombings during the WW 2. It was all raining and cloudy when I visited this area, but the charm of this building would still get you in awe.
