This evening I cooked a delicious risotto with mushrooms. I browned onions and then I added dunked dries mushrooms and rice. I poured vegetable broth little by little until rice was cooked. On top of it I spilled some grated cheese. Together with it I drunk a red Argentinian wine. I felt like a queen.
