Hello everyone, let me introduce Sardinia, the beautiful Italian island where I was born. Sardinia is located in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, between the Italian, Spanish and African continents. It's an ancient land, rich with history and culture. The strategic position made Sardinia an ambitious place to conquer in the past and indeed it was colonised several times by people living around the Mediterranean coast: Spanish, Romans, Arabs. The continued colonization led to a mix of different languages, uses and customs that are the origins of who we are today, a people proud of their traditions and origins.
