"And you as well." is a pretty standard reply.
If you're pretending you're suave (in a situation where you might meet someone's parents)you would say...
"The pleasure is all mine."
Lastly my personal favourite, if you want to sound full of yourself and like a jerk you say...
"It's always a pleasure to meet me." (I don't suggest using this one!)
