Hello! My name is Cynthia, I was born and raised in Buenos Aires. I teach during the morning in a Spanish School and during the afternoon I work as a private tutor. I have been teaching spanish to people from all around the world for the last 10 years.

I like teaching using all the resources availables (video, articles, audios) and I talk a lot in spanish with my students. I like to get to know them and to understand what is important for them in order to make the lessons enjoyable.
I teach grammar, of course, but my main focus is the communication. I want that my students don´t get afraid when they talk and my objective is that they can have conversations in spanish.

It was my first lesson with Cynthia. I've taken over 100 lessons through italki and this is one of the few times where I actually felt like I had a professional teacher. She was able to explain grammatical points, give examples, and then test my understanding. She types a lot in the Skype window so that it's easier to understand and easier to review later. There were no problems with the call quality.
