It is a complicated question that people have different views about. Some people support wearing uniform in school, while some of them don’t. I think I support having school uniform, because it shows self discipline, which should be learned at a young age. Children start to learn their responsibilities towards their appearances with wearing tidy, clean uniforms. The other important advantage of wearing uniform is eliminating financial differences between the children of rich and lower income families. Lastly, an important effect of having uniform is, that it prevents the distraction of children’s attention, which can easily be done by very colorful and patchy clothes.
