今天想和大家聊一聊“平衡”的话题。
大家应该都听说过 work-life balance吧？中文我们可以说“工作和生活的平衡”。我们每个人的时间都是有限的，每天只有24小时。我们需要睡觉、吃饭、工作、照顾家人、联系朋友，还有自己的兴趣爱好等等。
如果工作很忙，需要经常加班，那我们留给其他事情的时间就变少了。你会怎么选择呢？我觉得不论选择工作还是选择生活，最重要的是你明白自己想要的是什么。
有的人每天花很多时间在工作上，很忙很累，但是他很享受，因为他喜欢他的工作。有的人每天朝九晚五，也就是早上9点上班，下午5点下班。每天都是很固定的上下班时间，一点儿也不忙。但是他们过得很不开心，即使下班后有很多自己的时间，他们也只是玩一晚上手机。
在人生的不同阶段，我们追求的东西会不一样。年轻的时候，我们有很多个人的时间，可以去尝试很多的事情，了解自己喜欢什么。到了中年，我们有了家庭，有了责任，这个时候需要有更多的时间留给家人。不论是什么时候，都要热爱自己做的事情。只有热爱，才会让你对生活充满激情。平衡不是我们的目的，幸福快乐才是。
