Here are some common causes of test anxiety. They include behavioral, biological, and psychological factors. 

Behaviors like failing to prepare can play a role, but the body's biological response to stress can also create feelings of anxiety. Mental factors, such as self-belief and negative thinking, can also lead to test anxiety..

In this recording I am bringing to your attention the topic of mental confidence and what can affect in in your IELTS speaking test.
