Sometimes you aren't sick and nothing bad has happened, but you just feel "off" or restless. In these moments, saying "I'm sad" sounds a bit too basic and textbook-ish! So, how do native speakers describe that feeling of being low or just not feeling like themselves?

💬 I’m feeling a bit down.

🔸 B1 (Intermediate):

好久没有跟大家分享了，因为过去几个月我非常忙。我去了很多地方，一边工作一边旅行。因为太忙了，有很多想做的事情一直没有时间做。如果你也跟我一样，在生活和工作中有拖延症，那今天的内容可能对你有一些帮助。我们来听一听吧。
我特别喜欢这三个定律啊，简洁高效，快速变优秀。
第一个叫萨盖定律。戴一块手表的人能够准确的知道时间，但戴两块手表呢，很可能就不知道是几点了。一个阶段的目标应该是明确的，想要太多信息太乱，只会打乱自己的节奏。
第二个，48小时定律。假如你有了一个决定了，但是没有在48个小时内去做，那大概率就不会再做了。拖延非常消耗我们的耐心和热情，想做什么就在48个小时之内去做掉，不要让美好无疾而终。
第三个，帕金森定律。一项任务呢，可以在10个小时完成，也可能4个小时就做完了，换句话来讲啊，暑假作业总是拖到最后一刻，工作和学习，也总是拖到最后一刻才搞定。给自己设定一个最后的期限，更专注更高效，把原本蹉跎掉的时间拿来享受生活。这多好呀。
你听出来没有，这三个定律分别是关于目标、行动和时间。优秀的人都会掌握好这三件事。加油！
