Tom loved teasing his friends at school. Every day, he would make fun of their hairstyles, clothes, or even the way they spoke. Everyone laughed—except Tom.
One day, Sarah decided to tease Tom back, joking about his messy backpack. Tom’s face turned red. He shouted, “Hey, that’s not funny!”
His friends laughed and said, “Wow, Tom! You dish it out but can’t take it!”
Tom realized he shouldn’t make fun of others if he couldn’t handle it himself. From that day on, he learned to be kinder—and more careful with jokes.

Dish it out but can’t take it”

This phrase is used to describe someone who is quick to criticize, tease, or make fun of others but becomes upset or defensive when the same is done to them.

More examples: 

He’s always making jokes about everyone’s mistakes, but he can’t take it when someone teases him. He really dishes it out but can’t take it.
Don’t be like her—she dishes it out but can’t take it.

Dish it out → To criticize or tease others
Can’t take it → Cannot handle being criticized or teased in return

第一个是数字“六”，“六六大顺”是一句祝福语，多用于祝福中年人士家庭幸福，工作顺利，事业有成，身体健康。有一个流行语“666”，是很厉害的意思，可以用来夸人。你看到很厉害的人或事的时候，可以说“666”。这其实是口头语“溜”的谐音数字，一个人的中文说得很好，我们可以说“他的中文说得很溜。”
七上八下：指的是“心中慌乱、不安”。例如：当我第一次去见我的老师时，我心里紧张得七上八下。 
八字没一撇：一个“八”字连一撇都没有写。比喻事情离成功还差得很远。例如： 他们刚认识，结婚的事八字没一撇呢。
九牛一毛：“许多头牛身上的一根毛。形容极大数量中的微不足道的数量。”。例如： 这点损失对他来说, 只不过是九牛一毛。  
十拿九稳：指的是“做事很有把握”。例如： 如果不是十拿九稳的事，他不会轻易答应你的。

Today I want to talk about a particular group of English adjectives.  These adjectives start with the prefix, "a-".  This prefix comes from Middle English.  It attaches to verbs and nouns and it changes them into adjectives.  An example would be "sleep" and "asleep."
